Non-stick products can be divided into cooking pots, frying pans, woks, milk pans, etc. according to different functions.
Before using the non-stick pan for the first time, remove the label, rinse it with water and dry it, apply a thin layer of edible vegetable oil for maintenance, and then use it after cleaning. Use a heat-resistant wooden spatula for cooking to avoid damage to the surface of the non-stick pan by sharp shovel or metal utensils. Non-stick kitchen utensils are evenly transferred, so you can cook delicious foods with medium to small fire. When using a large fire, there must be food or water in the pot. If the dry burning or oil temperature reaches about 300 ° C, the non-stick coating may be damaged and harmful components will be released. The safe use temperature should not exceed 250 ° C, and the frying temperature is generally high, so it is not appropriate to use it to fry food, and it is not suitable to use it to cook acidic food. After use, the temperature must be slightly lowered, and then washed with water. It cannot be washed immediately with cold water. In case of stubborn smudges, you can use hot water plus detergent and wash with a sponge. Do not scrub with a coarse abrasive cloth or metal ball.
